Privacy policy

In effect from 4 October 2026

Monitor is provided by 12597918 CANADA INC. This page says what we collect, why, who else handles it, and how to have it corrected or removed. It is short because the product collects little.

There is no tracking on this site

No analytics, no advertising pixels, no third-party trackers, and no cookies set for any of those purposes. We do not know you visited unless you write to us or fill in the form.

What this website stores in your browser

Accessibility preferences, if you set any: text size, contrast, link underlining, reading guide. They stay in your browser, are readable only by this site, and are never sent to us.

Inside a workspace, your sign-in session is stored the same way so you are not asked for a code on every page. Signing out removes it.

If you ask for access

The access-request form collects what you type into it: your organisation and its type, your name and designation, your email address, optionally a phone number and country, a rough project count, how urgent it is, how you heard about Monitor, and any note you add. We use it to reply to you and to decide whether Monitor fits. It is stored in our database and emailed to us. We do not add you to a marketing list and we do not pass it to anyone.

Inside a client workspace

A workspace holds that organisation's own project records. Personal information in it is limited and deliberate:

Operators at 12597918 CANADA INC. can reach a workspace to support it. That access is recorded, and our own presence is filtered out of the figures a client sees so it cannot be mistaken for theirs.

Material gathered from public sources

Monitor records work an organisation has already published openly: pages, films, stories, reports and press items on its own site and on public platforms. It records that the item exists, what kind it is, when it appeared and where to find it. It does not copy private material and it does not collect personal information about the people who appear in that work.

Who else handles it

Each is a processor acting on our instructions. We do not sell personal information to anyone, and we do not use any of it to train machine-learning models.

How long we keep it

Workspace records are kept while the organisation uses Monitor, and for thirty days after access ends so an export can still be provided. After that they are deleted. An access request that does not become a client is deleted within twenty-four months.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@anirar360.com and we will answer within thirty days. If the request concerns records inside a client's workspace, we will refer it to that organisation, because the records are theirs.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update this page and change the date at the top.
